The 5-11 Campaign is committed to pursuing transparency and accountability of public and private entities who manipulate national identity through processes of lawmaking against the better knowledge of the American people.
We seek legal representation for persons opposed to personal data surveillance attributed directly to identity articles and to the identified American person.
We create networks and find resources to serve the needs of those most troubled by national identity and data surveillance.
We are committed to vigilance over terms of lawmaking which require the the digital assumption of public or private identities and which violate the 4th Amendment, the Bill of Rights and/or the American Constitution.
We do not recognize extra national governments or foreign committees who import identity polices past the vote and due process consents required by the American people for legitimate lawmaking.
We will, and do recognize, local and federal authorities. We are committed to their education about identity, privacy and technology. We work with them to achieve our mission.
We will do research to educate the public in order to advance decent, common privacy for the individual when identity is required of them.
We condemn the criminalization of lack of identity or insufficient identity articles as a local, federal or international offense. We encourage persons to travel freely, to engage in free trade on terms independent of identity requirements and support the unalienable rights of the identified person.
Therefore, let it be recognized of those associated with the 5-11 Campaign our missions to repeal or contradict laws which : undermine common privacy, possess terms consistent with unreasonable search and seizure and laws which require the abuse of technologies towards the arbitrary surveillance of identified persons, unsuspected of crimes.
